These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and smashscrap.ca Ltd.

If you accept, SMASH provides or arranges the shipping instructions described in the offer, receives and inspects the converter(s), and pays you by Interac e-Transfer after the shipment matches the submission and passes inspection.
Submitting a request does not sell your converter, guarantee an offer, or require either party to complete a purchase. A purchase is directly between you and SMASH only after you accept an offer. Shipping coverage, package limits, offer validity, inspection conditions, identification requirements, and payment timing will be stated on this website or in the offer and related messages.

The sale, transfer, or disposal of vehicles and scrap materials may be subject to provincial, state, and federal laws, including requirements for title transfer documentation, valid government-issued identification, and bill of sale. SMASH reserves the right to report suspicious activity to law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation related to stolen property, fraud, or money laundering.

SMASH may adjust or withdraw the price if inspection shows a different unit, quantity, condition, or contents than the submission. Any completed purchase is directly between you and SMASH.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and smashscrap.ca Ltd with respect to use of the website and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
